Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Michaela(Mic).

First and foremost, I'm a wife and a mom to six incredible kids. Life in our home is beautifully busy, a little chaotic, and full of love—and it's taught me some of the most valuable lessons about perseverance, adaptability, and finding joy in the middle of life's unexpected moments. Those same values became the foundation of Bloom + Amplify Media.

I've always believed that behind every small business is a person with a dream, a family they're providing for, and a story that's worth sharing. Starting and growing a business takes courage, sacrifice, and countless hours of hard work. I also know how easy it is to feel unseen or unsure of where to begin when you're trying to do everything yourself. That's why I created Bloom + Amplify Media—not simply to manage social media, but to become a trusted partner who helps business owners feel supported, encouraged, and confident as they grow.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for helping people. I've always been the kind of person who wants to encourage others, celebrate their successes, and help lighten the load wherever I can. I believe there are so many passionate business owners who are willing to put in the work—they simply need someone to help guide them, provide a clear direction, and remind them that they don't have to figure everything out alone.

Marketing, to me, has never been about chasing algorithms or creating the "perfect" post. It's about building trust, creating meaningful relationships, and telling stories in a way that feels authentic. Every strategy we create, every piece of content we design, and every recommendation we make is built with one goal in mind: helping your business grow in a way that reflects who you truly are.

Being a small part of that journey is a responsibility I don't take lightly, and it's one I'm incredibly grateful for.
